By creating an account or accessing or using any service provided by 999px, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to settle your balance.

To register and use 999px, you must:

• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF;
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;

999px reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated deadline may result in a preventive account block until the matter is resolved.

The Sports Betting section of 999px covers Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB basketball, UFC, e-sports, and dozens of other competitions. The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• The minimum stake per bet is R$ 1.00;
• Bets are settled according to the official result announced by the governing body of the event;
• Live betting is available from kick-off through the end of the event, including extra time and penalties where applicable;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are refunded to the account balance;
• Obvious odds errors — prices clearly out of market due to a technical fault — will be corrected and bets settled at the correct odds or refunded at our discretion;
• 999px does not accept bets from users with access to insider information about events.

For parlay bets, all selections must be from different events. The final odds of the parlay are the product of all individual odds. If one event in the parlay is cancelled, that selection is settled at odds of 1.00 and the rest of the parlay remains open.

Complaints regarding bet settlement must be submitted via support chat within 72 hours of settlement. After this period, the result can no longer be disputed.

You can close your account at 999px at any time by contacting support. Your available real balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after account closure is confirmed and identity verification is complete.

999px may also unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or match manipulation;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Court order or request from a competent regulatory authority;
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (the account enters inactive status, and the balance remains available for an additional 24 months before it lapses).

Self-exclusion: any user can request temporary self-exclusion (from 1 to 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion directly in the account settings or through support. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications are paused and platform access is blocked. To reactivate an account after a temporary self-exclusion, the period must have fully expired — early reactivation is not available.

The 999px provides the platform "as is" for entertainment purposes.
